This product appeals because of the simplicity of the three tiers of flat co-payments: $10, $20, $50. The formulary list is extensive.
Advance Benefits may not be as easy to reach for enrollment support as insurance exchange personnel.
We have no indication that the flat tier pricing formula is more beneficial to consumers than variable pricing discount prescription plans and the tier 4 discounts are apparently about the same price as other discount drug plans.
