Fees for design and administrative consulting services are quoted on a comprehensive annual basis, typically at $150 per employee per year. Allowances are made for customization of services.

Prototype plan documents are available without charge.

Expanding the scope or number of options included in the benefit plan does not necessarily raise the administrative cost because some options are available without additional administrative charge because we may be paid by the third party service providers with your written authorization.

Factors that affect pricing of our employee benefit services include:
  • business structure and employee demographics
  • employee e-mail system access and details
  • existing benefit plans
  • budget for benefits
  • ability to assign agent of record
  • size of the business, industry and location

Other services - Individual benefit plan or consulting services may be available based on the estimated time requirement for the service -just ask for a quote.

Freedom Benefits offers personal professional assistance with employee benefit plan setup and administration. These services allow your small business to offer benefits that rival those of much larger companies.

NEW FOR 2017 - Qualifying businesses will not be charged for plan documents, setup and enrollment. Setup fees for other small businesses will be reduced. Advisory service of most small business benefit plans is $100 per employee per year.

Our services include assistance with the planning, design, documentation, installation, monitoring and reporting of the employee benefit plans.

While we generally propose the adoption of a comprehensive  employee benefit plan with a range of voluntary benefit options, specific individual services may also be available.
