Before enrollment...

Personal assistance from a professional independent adviser can help you compare and select the best health insurance plan. Both of these services are free but limited by the availability of the personnel especially during peak enrollment times.

ON THE WEB - Independent OnlineNavigatorTM enrollment support is provided primarily by Tony Novak. Other advisers may also provide service, especially during periods of peak demand. This service is intended to provide general planning information about health care reform issues rather than step-by-step assistance with online enrollment. OnlineNavigator is not an agent or navigator affiliated with any other insurance exchange. Submit a request online through a private message on our Facebook page for fastest support. If you do not use Facebook, a Web form or email can be used. Most requests are handled within one business day.

BY EMAIL - E-mail support is available at onlineadviser@live.com under the same terms and conditions as Web-based support. 

BY PHONE - Limited telephone support is available from independent insurance agent Jamie Vie at SASID Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., east coast time. Support is limited based on the agent's availability and the plans available through the private insurance exchanges. This means that the choice of plans may be limited in late 2013 and early 2014 during the launch of the private insurance exchange system. The toll-free number is 800-609-0683. This service is not affiliated with Freedom Benefits. Tony Novak does not provide telephone support for insurance issues.

Member services...

Once you are enrolled in any health plan, your member services department handles all health insurance issues including the application processing billing and claims. The telephone number and online access address are listed on your ID card and enrollment confirmation e-mail. (We are not able to access information about policy provisions, billing, or claims).

Each state's insurance department offers consumer assistance to help resolve health insurance problems. Contact information is listed on a state-by-state basis. Select your state to see the most recent news and contact information for each state's insurance exchange coverage.
