Freedom Benefits was founded in 1995 in Narberth, Pennsylvania to help automate the process of small business employee benefits search and management. This was a project of Tony Novak, CPA, MBA, MT, who had recently graduated from nearby Villanova Law School’s graduate tax program with a focus in compensation planning.
Over the years, we have distinguished ourselves for providing personal professional service in an industry that has increasingly evolved toward automated systems.
To this day, employers love that they communicate directly with the plan adviser, who translates your verbal (or text message lately) instructions into smooth running payroll, benefits and support for small businesses and their employees.
