He began reporting publicly on health care issues for a local newspaper in 1983 and his practice now integrates a range of national health insurance exchanges. Through Freedom Benefits and the OnlineAdviser network, tens of thousands of consumer health care and insurance inquiries have been addressed in connection with online services since 1995.
Advice and setup help is also available for independent cost-saving plans like HRAs, HSAs, FSAs and cafeteria benefit style plans when the plan members enroll for insurance through a Freedom Benefits affiliate.

Some questions and service responses may require an appointed agent or the plan’s member benefits staff; we do not offer that type of service. In that case he may need to refer to an affiliated agent or insurance exchange in those cases where such support is needed.
